Working at UMAGE

At UMAGE, we like to think of ourselves as a small family. An ambitious family with many different competencies, abilities, hopes & dreams. Because differences create extraordinary results – even if we have to take a detour once in a while.

Globally, we are approximately 45 people employed at UMAGE. Our main office is in Copenhagen and our founders are Danish, but we also have offices in New York, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City and Stuttgart. So we all speak English every day and experience that special culture you get, when many different nationalities are assembled in a joint mission.

4-DAY WORK WEEK

At UMAGE, we want to enhance a work-life balance. We believe that we all become happier and more efficient when we have time to recharge and spend quality time with family and friends. To strengthen this belief, we only have a 4-day work week, of 30 hours, with every Friday off.
