Sales Manager contract & retail (DACH area) to Danish design company 

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and do you have 3+ years of experience within lighting and/or furniture? Then you might be the Sales Manager for the DACH area that UMAGE is looking for. The position is based in Tamm, Germany but working remotely from other locations in Germany is possible. 

Responsibilities: 

• Increase market sales to existing customers and expand network to new markets in DACH focusing on ecommerce and offline retail customers and the contract market 
• Actively hunt for new opportunities and evaluate them according to the UMAGE brand-value  
• Analyse market segments 
• Execute business plan documents such as budgets, customer mapping, monthly reporting etc 
• Develop & implement an annual business plan in order to achieve sales targets 
• Increase the portfolio and introduce new products 
• Participation in fairs and follow up on new leads 

Professional qualifications: 

We are looking to hire a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager, who works independently and has excellent cooperation and communication skills. It is a requirement that you have experience with the sales of lighting and/or furniture as well as the contract market. Your KPI’s will be annual growth & financial targets in your sales area as well as your degree of interaction with customers. To be successful in the job, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar position.
