These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from umage.com for delivery in Europe. The right to cancel only applies to private customers who shop via umage.com.

Payment and delivery

We accept payments on umage.com made using the following payment methods:

Maestro, MasterCard, Mobile Pay, PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Klarna.

Klarna is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark

The amount will first be deducted when the item is sent. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is a backorder, we will first deduct the payment for this item once it is sent. 

Prices are stated in euros. Prices will also have the shipment price added. You shall select how you want your item(s) shipped during the payment process. We will defray any payment charges. Unless otherwise stated, discount promotions cannot be combined. 

Receipt for the receipt of orders and order confirmation

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via an e-mail that confirms we have received your order. It means you have entered into a binding purchasing agreement with us.

Carriage prices (Europe)

Delivery is by UPS or DB Schenker and costs 5 EUR.
