Sales Manager, Contract & Hospitality, to Danish design company

Are you ready to take the next step in your career in a creative design company with a four-day work week and do you have 3+ years of experience within lighting and/or furniture in the contract market? Then you might be the Sales Manager that UMAGE is looking for.



· Increase contract market sales to existing customers and expand network to new markets in Europe, focusing on the Nordics, Germany and the UK

· Actively hunt for new opportunities and evaluate them according to the UMAGE brand-value

· Develop key business relationships in the region with A&D companies

· Develop & implement an annual business plan in order to achieve sales targets

· Develop and implement solutions targeted to contract market customers

· Increase the portfolio and introduce new products

· Participation in fairs and follow up on new leads


Professional qualifications:

We are looking to hire a dynamic and proactive Contract Sales Manager, who works independently and has excellent cooperation and communication skills. It is a requirement that you have experience with the sales of lighting and/or furniture as well as the contract market.

To be successful in the job, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar or a more junior position as well as English and preferably German skills on a negotiation level both spoken and written. We prefer candidates who have a good understanding of foreign cultures and are constructive and solution oriented. Your KPI’s will be annual growth & financial targets in the contract market area as well as your degree of interaction with relevant partners.
